Service forms may also ask for your preferred plan, company website and team size, all optional. When you browse, our hosting and security providers may process request and device information, including IP address, pages requested, and browser details. We use a language preference cookie (eaglebs_lang) to keep the site in the appropriate language.
We use Google Analytics to measure site usage. Its standard implementation can collect page activity, approximate location, browser and device details, and use first-party cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits.
To understand which page or campaign led to an inquiry, we keep a bounded acquisition context in browser session storage (eaglebs.lead-acquisition.v1). It contains a page path and supported campaign tokens, which accompany your inquiry email. We reuse that context for up to four hours, with a 30-minute inactivity limit. It is not reused when unavailable or expired. Our custom inquiry events use known service, market, language and action labels; they do not include your name, email, message or company details.
How we use information
We use contact details to review and respond to your inquiry, arrange a business conversation, and maintain related correspondence. We use technical information to operate and protect the website, prevent spam, understand site performance, and improve the experience.
Service providers and disclosure
Our site uses Cloudflare for site delivery and security, Google Cloud for hosting, Mailgun to send contact-form messages, and Google Analytics for measurement. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Information may be processed in locations where we or these providers operate. Contact-form messages are sent by email to the appropriate EAGLE BS contact address.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage a business relationship, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. Technical logs and analytics data follow the settings and retention practices of the relevant services. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
