Illustrative journey
  1. Question

Can we prepare quotes with less effort without increasing errors?

  2. Boundaries

We agree on a sample, data, duration, cost, and criteria before testing.

  3. Experiment

We compare the current process with a demonstration, including human review.

  4. Decision

We record evidence and limitations to proceed, adjust, or stop.

Who it's for

Every new tool doesn't need to become your next decision.

You don't need to follow every AI or software launch. You need to know what could improve your business, what it takes, and when to act. EAGLE BS helps organize those choices around your company's goals and constraints.

For owners and managers making recurring decisions about systems, AI, and processes, including businesses without an internal technology team.

How it works

Five deliverables that help you move forward.

Business context

Documented goals, processes, systems, and constraints to guide choices that make sense for your company.

Relevant opportunities

Developments selected for your industry and operation, with evidence, limitations, and a reason to consider each one.

Ongoing guidance

Alternative comparisons, vendor evaluation, and decision support at the frequency agreed in your proposal.

A practical lab

Approved experiments with a question, effort limit, and success criteria. Lab capacity is clearly defined in your scope.

A concrete next step

A documented recommendation: adopt, test, watch, or pass. Implementation within your contracted capacity or through a separate project.

Opportunity brief

Test the hypothesis before a full implementation.

The lab reduces uncertainty through a bounded test. We prefer synthetic or anonymized data and criteria agreed before the experiment. Effort and tool usage are part of the approved scope.

Radar · Advisory · Partner Lab

See opportunities, make decisions and move forward.

Investment is defined in an individual proposal in USD. Your objectives, guidance frequency, systems, and lab and implementation capacity shape the scope. Deliverables, limits, tools, and additional costs are agreed before work starts.

Radar

Filtered knowledge and an initial direction. Shared insights help you spot useful opportunities without researching every new release yourself.

  • One 60-minute initial business assessment at onboarding
  • A brief with up to three opportunities and a suggested starting point
  • Monthly Innovation Radar: adopt, test, monitor or ignore
  • Shared assessments, demonstrations and lessons, with relevant alerts when appropriate
Concrete deliverableAn initial brief with up to three opportunities and a monthly radar

The assessment happens at onboarding. This level includes no monthly individual consulting, exclusive research, development or business-specific pilot.

Advisory

Individual guidance to turn opportunities into priorities. A partner who understands your context and helps you decide what to do next.

  • Radar benefits, building on the assessment already completed
  • One 60-minute individual meeting each month
  • Analysis of one clearly defined priority per month
  • Up to two focused questions between meetings through the agreed channel
  • A priority plan reviewed each quarter
Concrete deliverableA monthly recommendation with alternatives, risks and a next step

Focused questions supplement the meeting. Recurring development and an exclusive pilot are scoped through Partner Lab or a separate proposal.

Partner Lab

Reserved capacity to investigate, test and make small improvements. One active initiative at a time, connected to your business priorities.

  • Radar content and individual guidance; two monthly meetings of up to 60 minutes replace the Advisory meeting
  • Up to 12 engineering hours per month, with one active initiative at a time
  • A main quarterly priority and monthly executive recommendation
  • A testing-tool and infrastructure allowance defined in the proposal
  • A quarterly reserve for a focused specialist consultation, subject to need, availability and agreed limits
  • One practical team workshop per quarter, up to two hours
  • Quarterly results review to adopt, adjust, investigate further or stop
Concrete deliverableEvidence, an executive recommendation and a verifiable improvement or experiment

Work is planned within the quarterly cycle without indefinite hour rollover. Extensive implementation, complex integrations and continuous support require separate scope. The proposal defines tool and specialist limits.

Custom investment

Discuss Partner Lab

Your proposal confirms the selected level's deliverables, support channels and consumption limits. Partner Lab's two meetings replace the Advisory meeting. Experiments do not guarantee implementation results.

Find the right scope

EAGLE BS

Knowledge that returns to your operation.

Lessons from events, academic research, tools and EAGLE experiments become practical assessments and recommendations. Radar shares that knowledge; Partner Lab turns it into focused investigation of your priority.

Radar accompanies active EAGLE recurring contracts. Participation periods for one-off projects and temporary Advisory benefits are defined in the proposal. Event participation, specialist access and tool usage depend on availability and agreed limits; they do not include guaranteed travel, unrestricted licenses or institutional partnerships.

Getting started

Clarity before the build. Support after it.

  1. Know the business

We map priorities, tools, and constraints with the owner or manager.

  2. Set priorities

We agree on decisions, responsibilities, and deliverables within your contracted capacity.

  3. Build evidence

We compare options or run an approved experiment, according to your scope.

  4. Review and evolve

We document the conclusion, agree on a next step, and support the implementation in scope.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a technology team?

No. We can work directly with the owner or manager and collaborate with your existing vendors.

Is this an AI consulting service?

AI may be part of it. The focus is on useful technologies and improvements for your business, including automation, systems, and integrations.

Do you also implement recommendations?

Yes, within the capacity and scope you purchase. Larger projects, dedicated teams, or continuous operational support require a specific proposal.

Does every option include prototypes?

No. Radar shares knowledge and Advisory guides decisions. An exclusive pilot and recurring engineering capacity are part of Partner Lab or a separately agreed scope.

Does a test guarantee the final result?

No. It produces evidence and reveals limitations. A demonstration is not a production-ready system; deployment, security, integration, training, and maintenance may need a separate scope.

Why is pricing individual?

Guidance frequency, the number of systems, and experiment effort vary. Deliverables, limits, and costs are defined before you commit.

Can I keep my vendors and website?

Yes. We can assess alternatives and work with the people responsible for your current tools. The partnership doesn't require moving your website to EAGLE BS.
